Being a Great Athlete is 80% Mental & 20% Physical

Interesting Image

Your mindset and mental game is the foundation to your athletic success. Breaking Barriers will provide you with the tools necessary to take your game to the next level.  Come prepared to learn performance strategies that will forever change the way you walk into a game and the life experiences that you'll carry with you for the rest of your life.

Who Should Attend?

Breaking Barriers is ideal for the middle school or high school athlete that wants to take their game to the next level. It's for any athlete that has ever struggled or experienced a slump, gotten frustrated with self performance or had self doubt. Do you have anxiety during a game when the play relies on your ability? Are you scared of taking a leadership position on your team? Do you perform better in practice then you do in a game? Then this is the event for you.

We also encourage parents and coaches to attend with their student athlete. An additional adult ticket is only $5, and you'll be able to use these tools to encourage your son, daughter or player both on the court and at home.
